The work here dates from 2024, when I was producing content for Dose on a run of nights through the season — not a single one-off shoot, but a recurring relationship with the same crowd, the same rooms, the same DJs across several dates.

Dark rooms, moving light, a crowd that doesn't pause for you — nightlife coverage is reactive by nature. I stay close to the DJ booth and the crowd's edge, reading where the energy actually is in a given moment rather than working off a shot list, and I lean on the room's own lighting instead of fighting it with anything that would flatten the atmosphere I'm there to capture.
